• The Maintenance Problem

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LISTEN TO THE WHOLE MESSAGE

Follow the instructions - details of the contractors emergency mobile number will be given for you to call direct.
Emergencies such as:

• A burglary where a door/window needs boarding up
• Water Leaks
• No Heating/Hot Water
• Electrics have all gone off
• A maintenance problem which will cause considerable damage to the property or the tenants if left unattended for a short period of time

If you use our Emergency Tradesmen for any non-emergency works, the invoice will be forwarded to yourselves for payment.
